Staff members Laurie and Caroline were attentive, assisting us with various needs, including a comfortable mattress exchange. The apartment was neat, providing all essentials for our stay while featuring a pleasant view. The hotel's proximity to the beach made our days enjoyable, especially with activities like navigating the giant inflatable obstacle course at Broadwater Parklands. the surrounding area offered access to theme parks like Sea World, perfect for our children.
